Spanning a career of five consecutive decades trying cases mostly alone in California and as co-counsel in Florida, Alabama, Washington State, and in Washington, D.C., first as a Los Angeles County Deputy Public Defender and then as a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Carpol has filed, prosecuted, and defended hundreds of criminal cases.

Afterward, while in more than thirty-two years in private law practice, Mr. Carpol has represented or sued hundreds more people including movie and TV stars, producers, and directors, along with well-known professional sports celebrities.

From widely-publicized, successful criminal jury trials to lengthy, bitter-but-successful divorce battles, from representing victims from all kinds of crimes to all other parties to a lawsuit, Mr. Carpol has an extensively broad range of courtroom experience from both sides of the counsel table.
